Off to the beach I went with my backpack! I've been wanting to go out from my comfort zone lately so here's the first step. I normally don't enjoy backpacks just because they look too big on me and my tiny frame but I found this vintage bag while scouring our cabinets here at home and it looked liked it was the perfect size for me. Agree?

I decided to wear this printed shorts which Cesa Designs sent over since I thought it was super sexy with a high slit at the side and was totally appropriate for the beach too. I love the prints on this one, it made me wish they had pieces like these reproduced that weren't too sheer so that I can wear them out to the malls.

Matched it with this vibrant tank top I got from WAGW courtesy of Style Souk. I tied a knot instead of tucking it in to create a ruched detail to my simple tee and of course to make my look appear to have a cinched waist! haha A few cheating tips on styling your pieces. :)

 And topped off with my Island Girl necklace for a bit of pop!

Of course sunnies are very important whenever you are going to the beach. Oasap sent over this quirky and cute piece! I love it's clear detail and how it has a black outline. Keeps it unique and interesting. :)
