Filippo Printed Dress | Dad's Vintage Black Belt | Celine Heels | Bracelet (old) |Earrings from Mom
Something weird for today's post. Wore this yesterday to a family dinner over at the Mountains of Balamban, Cebu. It's a tradition over at my mother's side to exchange gifts and play silly games together with a lot of Mahjong (chinese game) & wine when the holiday strikes!
I love that I can get away with pieces like this with family. They never judge, despite a lot of inside jokes involved (like my dress being a cape slash curtain slash table cloth) but I know beyond my weirdness that they still love me. haha
I love this dress because it's comfortable. The drapes and folds make it architecturally pleasing, plus the print is simply amazing! A lot of people may not get it but I seem to be looking at it in a different perspective.
Much like a lot of things in life. Sometimes other people see what you can't and vice versa.
Hoping, people keep an open mind these next few days & the upcoming year. :)
HAPPY HOLIDAYS EVERYONE!
*cheers!*
