Beauty & Butter : Zoya & Ruby Wing Nail Polish

Last week I was invited by Beauty & Butter  (IG: @beautynbutter) to try out their new line of nail polish and boy was I excited. After a crazy day at work lo and behold the perfect pampering session was just what I needed.

I was greeted with the Pop Art interiors of the nail salon! I think they're a nice concept, something different and unique. Similar to their interiors their nail polish is just as interesting. Cebu doesn't have a lot of choices when it comes to nail polish that's why I sometimes bring my own bottle with me whenever I visit a salon. When  I got to drop by Beauty & Butter everything changed. They have a wide selection of colors and finishes perfect for every occasion.

One of their new lines is Ruby Wing's Cupcakes & Champagne. This has to be the most interesting one and yes they smell like it too. Yum! Not only that but they change colors as well! Depending on how much sunlight they get.  Amazing right? 

 Another one is the Zoya Pixie Dust, The healthy color of Fashion. It contains no animal byproducts, is cruelty free and vegan friendly. This is the first collection to arrive in the Philippines. Unlike other glittery nail polish they're easy to remove and have that perfect sheen even with their matte finish.

I picked out Zoya in London since I had to attend a formal event a few days after but I'll certainly be coming back to try out their Ruby Wing line especially now that summer is a month away!

This post has been long over due! I'm really sorry guys for being a bad blogger. I just got a hold of the event photos now which sucks and there's no excuse there. :(  Oh well, better late than never right? I was invited by Kaz Onozawa, a good friend and one of the masterminds behind Ninja/ Brand Stategy, to attend the Sperry Top-Sider Launch when it anchored another branch here in SM, Cebu last month.



Up front, Sperry serving their guests with delectable cuisines. I remember fancying the quesadillas with my friends. :)

Guess who I  Bumped into during the event? Fellow Cebu bloggers/ New Media people! It's always fun catching up with the gang.

Loved how they incorporated nautical touches into their display too! Texture and tone is always important when it comes to visuals.

You guys should visit the store! They hold a lot of classic and new designs in their collection.

I guess the best thing about Sperry Top-Siders is they're a staple and a classic. They are made for people who are looking for the perfect combination of design and function. Keeping in mind safety and comfort without sacrificing the aesthetic part in the process is always a good investment.

 I hope you guys can drop Sperry's SM Cebu branch or other branches when you can. Christmas is just around the corner and I'm sure everyone deserves a Sperry pair. :)
